Attending by phone sucks - when people are quiet the audio cuts out
completely, and its hard to tell who is talking, often.

How would people feel about trying a Google+ Hangout? I've been using
them for all my VCs for quite some time now and they work really well,
even for the bandwidth-challenged like me. I haven't actually tried it
with a room full of people via a laptop yet, but I'm optimistic :-)

A desk mic might help, tho...
