[foundation-board] Informal board call August 13th

All,

Our next informal call is scheduled for a 6:30 - 8:30pm window on Tuesday
August 13th. We will use a Google Hangout (
https://plus.google.com/hangouts/_/0b0552efddd43d1242d7f72d20b96bbb9435747f)

This is not a formal board meeting but a chance to discuss more detailed
issues.

Rough agenda:
* discussion of board retreat and any follow-up (write-up attached, with
links to detailed session notes)

* metrics and goals for the OKF (reflections following retreat; any other
ideas)

* update and discussion around financial expertise for board

* brief outline of and questions on upcoming large grants (World Bank,
Omidyar top-up, OSF Omnibus)

* brief outline of and questions on communications, PR and brand refresh
plans

* AOB
