[foundation-board] Board Retreat Date Poll

All,

Many thanks for this everyone.

To confirm, this meeting will take place on* Sunday 14th July in Cambridge*,
at Wolfson Court, Clarkson Road Cambridge CB3 OHD  *If Cambridge is a
problem for your attendance please let me know asap* as we can switch to
London if necessary.   Please note you are all most welcome to attend our
Summit on any/all of Thursday - Saturday at Wolfson Court too - just let me
know if you plan to attend and note we may be able to arrange accommodation
for example for Saturday night if you would like to join our team and local
and working group representatives for our workshops on Saturday before the
retreat.

I suggest we aim for timings of 11am - 4pm on the 14th.
