[foundation-board] Board Retreat Date Poll

Hi All,

At the last board meeting there was a request to schedule a 1/2 day or 1d
board "retreat" in the near future.

To keep things simple I've only suggested 2 dates atm:

*Sunday 14 July (Cambridge)*
*Friday 9th August (London or Cambridge or ...)*
