[foundation-board] Omdiyar funding/evaluation

 Hi all,

Just jumping off the board call.  We decided we need to have a call in the
next couple of week to get our ducks in a row re: the evaluation coming up
by Omidyar.

Omidyar needs to conduct an evaluation of OKF to unlock the next round of
funding. This needs to be completed by April, in time for the next round of
funding in June/July. The ask will be much greater than current funding
(£250K) which runs out in September.

They will be speaking to 100+ people, and all board members.   We would
like to meet in order to decide what the key messages should be and how to
best position both the evaluation and pitch for core funding.
