[foundation-board] IMPORTANT Finance Board member JD

Hi all - one of our key things as a board is a new member with a focus on
finance board member who would also chair the finance and audit
sub-committee.

We will put it up on Linked in, but in practice of course these things are
more effective through networks, so it would be great

@Naomi - thanks for co-ordinating this and taking it forward.   Perhaps it
is also worth checking if NCVO have any kind of network or list they could
use?  And I wonder if it is worth checking out http://www.cfg.org.uk/ too?
