[foundation-board] IMPORTANT Finance Board member JD

Hi Helen, all,

The Board informal calls have been superseded by written updates from Pavel
and regular catch-ups between Karin and Pavel, so please remove the
informal calls from your schedules.

Pavel is, of course, available should you need him.

The next meeting of the full Board is the 13th January, and I'll be in
touch soon with more information.
