[foundation-board] Tim Hubbard - possible new board member

Hi Fiona,

I was wondering that *if* we did get board approval in advance we could
even invite Tim to the 11th March Board meeting.

@Karin / Board: I believe we can approve these sorts of thing on list. If
so, should we try to do that.
