[foundation-board] Confidential and Privileged: Former employee in grievance with OK

My apologies Helen, we've dropped the ball on this one from our end. I had forgotten about informal calls and so hadn't mobilised. Rufus and Karin are on leave so can't attend this evening. 

May I speak to Pavel tomorrow, circulate an update by email and see if there is appetite to discuss and reschedule?
