Hi Helen,

Glad to hear you've arrived back safely!

The virtual set-up is as follows:

conference call (call 033 0336 3080, enter PIN 133591) and Hangout [link]

We will be trialling this conference call facility alongside the Hangout
for video, as a way to improve the audio quality for those joining
virtually while maintaining the visual aspect.
