[foundation-board] Naomi as my Executive Assistant

Dear Members of the Board,

Naomi has agreed to work as my Executive Assistant, starting immediately.

In this role, she will be helping me to prepare for board meetings, and I
would ask her to take notes during the board meetings, as well.

And she has access to my mails.

If you have any objections, please let me know. Otherwise I will add her to
the board mailinglist in the next couple of days
