[foundation-board] OKI Board meeting 11th November

Dear all,

The next Open Knowledge International Board meeting will take place as
follows:

   - Date & time: Wednesday 11th November, 18.30-20.30 GMT
   - Venue: Kilby Room, Canonical, 5th Floor, Blue Fin Building, 110
   Southwark St, London SE1 0SU
   - Virtual: Hangout link provided on the evening (please confirm in
   advance if you will require this)


Topics for the agenda thus far include the following, as well as the usual
CEO update and review of previous actions:

   - Financial accounts (including sign-off, corporation tax review,
   quarterly accounts)
   - Update of commercial CKAN spin-out (including Sebastian Moleski, CCd,
   who will attend in person to be introduced and present during this section)
   - Revised organisational structure

May I invite further topics to be included, via this thread or directly.
Agenda and papers will then follow next week.

Please reply if you cannot make this meeting, either in person or virtually.
