Services "unit" and Knowledge "unit". We use to break work up by

Remember it will depend on where surplus comes from. Only surplus from
"commercial services" will be taxable.

Exactly. 2014-2015 is the tax year in which we either moved - or had just
moved - large numbers of people onto payroll.
