[foundation-board] OKI Board meeting 11th May - attendance and agenda

Dear all,

The OKI Board meeting on Wednesday the 11th May will start at 18.30, aiming
for 20.30 close.

*Please send your agenda points for inclusion to this distribution list* -
at this point the following items are on the agenda:

   - CEO update
   - Viderum update inc. business plan
   - COO update inc. P&L
   - Projects update inc. metrics
   - Timing of these meetings

Mark and Sander will join Pavel in person to present these updates, along
with myself to minute, and Sebastian will be joining remotely.

*Please confirm if you will not make this meeting in person* (we have
aplogies from Tim and Martin already - thank you).

Please note I am on holiday next week, back on the morning of the 9th, so
any papers not circulated by that point will be shared then.
