[foundation-board] Three year financial outlook for OKI

Dear Board,

in preparation of our upcoming Board Meeting this Thursday, we have put
together a forecast for our income and expenditure for 2017 to 2019. You

I will spent some time in the meeting to walk you through the document and
give background on the numbers and how they were calculated.

What I hope to achieve during the Board Meeting is to get your approval
that the proposed forecast reflects the abilities of OKI as an organisation
and that you are in agreement about the growth rate the organisation is
taking within the next three years

Just to avoid any misunderstanding: This is the three year forecast, not a
proposed budget. We will present to the Board a proper budget for 2017
during the November meeting for approval (and at an earlier stage share a
draft of this for input and discussion, of course)
