Dear Board,
CC Martin and Pavel,

We have not been able to communicate with Paula in recent months, which
means Paula has not provided her details for Trusteeship, and as such the
charity application process is stalled. Helen was able to make contact, and
understands that Paula is out of action due to being unwell.

For expediency's sake, the proposal is to progress the Charity application
with the 4 other Board of Directors members 'transfering' to Board of
Trustees, adding Paula at a later stage. Unfortunately this requires the
removal of Paula as a Board member at this point, as all Board members
automatically become Trustees as part of the charity application process.

This is a 'quick fix' to progress the charity application, with the
intention of reinstating Paula at a later stage.

Please reply to indicate whether you approve or disagree with this
proposal, and I'll be happy to arrange a Hangout if a dicussion would be
useful.

Regards,
Naomi
