[foundation-board] Cancelled Board meeting and Naomi's news

Sorry for delayed response - Pavel and I were in meeting all afternoon and
just managed to talk this through on Skype

We suggest we do use the some of the time as it is scheduled and precious
but having gone through the agenda at speed, we don't think there is much
of a formal voting decision making stuff that wouldn't be better delt with
either at the next or when more info is available which won't be before
next week.

So, how about.

   - 1830 Tim come to mine (in Brixton which is where we were all going to
   meet and then have dinner)
   - We dial you in Helen
   - Do finance paper, plus advice and update conversation with team and
   you two say 30/45 mins would be extremely useful.
   - Have dinner

What do you think?
