Actions arising from the meeting (specifically for the Board) are as
follows:

   [Board] Recommend facilitators to CEO
   -

   [Board] Send feedback on Viderum mission statement to Sebastian Moleski
   -

   [JS] Consider whether can commit to Viderum Board - revisit in 2 weeks
   -

   [JS & Sebastian Moleski] Meet in week of 14th March
   -

   [Board] Complete 2nd tab of Board Representation (informing about
   expertise currently represented on the Board) & give input on 1st
   (suggestions for new Board members)
   -

   [HT & Sander van der Waal] Discuss code in OpenSpending & problems
   already faced in Tax Justice projects, with Cecile leGuen (Project Manager)
   -

   [TH] Send SvdW details of medical meeting in week of 21st & for SvdW to
   ensure Emma Beer (Project Manager) is going
