[foundation-board] Open Knowledge International Board Meeting Times for 2017

Dear All,

Karin and myself experimented with the idea of introducing Tuesdays to
alternate with our traditional Wednesdays so Helen can attend at least some
of the meetings in person; And also introducing 5:30-7:30pm to alternate
with the long standing 6:30-8:30pm so Martin can also make some of the
Board meetings. This is for 2017.

After a number of discussions, the part about introducing Tuesdays as an
alternative day unfortunately became a bit tricky as two other board
members have long standing management/departmental meetings on Tuesdays,
pushing our experiment into further chaos.

As a result, we are maintaining the second Wednesdays of the Board Meeting
months and alternating between 5:30-7:30pm and 6:30-8:30pm. To allow the
alternation to work, i will book two slots in your calendars for each of
the Board meeting months in 2017 (Jan 11th, March 8th, May 10th, July 12th,
Sept 13th , & Nov 8th). I will ask you to please accept or reject on the
basis of your availability. Thus if you can make both times, please accept
both calendar invitations so we can decide on the time that is most
favourable for the majority.
