[foundation-board] Board recruitment - rsvp

Dear all,

We are restarting the process of recruitment to the Board.

We will be contacting the people in this spreadsheet

to begin conversations and ascertain interest. Please take a look at the
list* and respond, by email or in the doc, to say:

   - if there is anyone who should be *removed*
   - if there is anyone who should be *added*
   - if there is additional *context* that would be useful in opening the
   discussion
   - if you would prefer to *contact* someone directly (otherwise initial
   contact will be made by Karin, with my support)
