Dear Tim, Helen, Vicky, Vanessa, Rufus, Ira, Johnny and Jarmo

I just wanted to say a huge thank you.  I don't think the last few months
have exactly been how any of us envisaged this first few months of the new
OKI board!  Thank you so much for your time, insight and commitment.

Merry Christmas and here's to a fabulous 2019 with Catherine at the helm.
