[geo-discuss] Request for a document not publically available

Dear Council Service,

In the name of 6000 people who has signed the petition for a public
access to state-collected geographic data (see
http://petition.publicgeodata.org), I would like to request to following
latest document not published by the Council:

I would hope that the Finish presidency will consider releasing this
information to the public.

The signatories would be also interested to know when the meetings of
the Coreper I or II will met to discuss about details of the concerned
Inspire directive. The Council has 4 months to take a decision, once the
Parliament has voted on.
