Hi All,

Just thought I would bring to your attention a really smart looking
project coming out of Brazil. It's called 'Caring For My
Neighbourhood' and researchers from the University of Sao Paolo and
members of OKFN Brazil, have been working to geo-locate public
spending in Sao Paolo.

Gisele da Silva Craveiro, one of the people behind the project has
very kindly written a description of the project for the OpenSpending
