Hi Rufus,

I'm creating docs in https://github.com/okfn/textus/tree/master/docs,
there are a couple there but I'm sure there are more details which
could be added.

Anyone who cares - please take a look and bug me with questions! I'll
use them as a guide for where we need more information as well as
filling in details as and when they become fixed in the implementation
process.
