[iRail] NMBS iPhone application, from HaCon?

Looking at the screenshots at HaCon's iPhone page [1], they all show a
remarkable similarity to the NMBS iPhone application. Is the NMBS just
licensing this from (and thus paying to) HaCon? Or have I missed
something?
