[iRail] Extending of the Api

Hi Ron,

You can't believe how happy I am that you want to help coding on the
API! Please, feel free to add me on GTalk/Jabber/Xmpp (pieter dot
colpaert aŧ gmail.com) to ask me for help, documentation, cooperation,
etc

For the NS part: yes it still uses the international planner as a
temporary solution. Someone needs to rewrite the NSXxxxxxInput handlers
to use a Dutch system.
