Not many beer lovers, it seems ;) Good write-up though!
Concerning the wrappers (and clients which ship an API library, like
libirail in Qt): it might be interesting to create a feature matrix,
so it's easy for devs and users to spot what is missing and how usable
the wrapper/library already is.
