[iRail] API specification

Hi List,

As you all probably know you are invited to come and help to specify the
universal API v1.0 this Friday (17/9/2010) at 18:00. You can find the

Apart from that I would like to do a quick survey whether to use
unix-time (the number of seconds elapsed since January 1, 1970) or a
human readable format. As for now I'm implementing a unix format in
responses, but a human readable format in requests.
