[iRail] MIVB alpha

Hi Pieter,

I am really willing to make my app work with MIVB, but the JSON seem broken.

All my parsers send errors on the page: 
http://api.irail.be/stations/?system=MIVB&format=json

I also tried without success with some JSON validators: 
http://www.jsonlint.com/ and they give me the same result.

Hope you can fix that soon.
