[iRail] Github mail overload

Hi list,

I've heard some people complaining about a e-mail overload of github
notifications on our The-DataTank repository. This is because we
started to use the "comment on a commit" feature and apparently all
contributors get notifications. If you want to disable those you can
do this in your settings page:
https://github.com/account/notifications
