[iRail] MIVB/STIB update

Hi members,

The board (Christophe, Yeri and I) wish to sincerely apologize for the
little information you got on the communications with MIVB/STIB.
Therefore we made a quick summary of what we have been doing on our

>From my perspective I feel really sad that the MIVB/STIB applications
stopped development since February. In politics a wrong decision and
being too little transparent can lead to one being fired.iRail however
is a really cool community and I'm sure you're willing to forgive us
(are you?). 

Nevertheless I think we need to set this straight by providing you with
an API for De Lijn and MIVB as well. I will code this in September
together with everyone interested in helping. At this moment someone is
already working on a database interface for De Lijn, and this time, I
hope I can keep a promise.

P.S. Yes, we'll be working on the NMBS module as well
