[iRail] 100k requests by unknown java user agent

Hi everyone,

today someone did over 100.000 requests on our server with user-agent 
Java6.

http://api.irail.be/stats/general.php?filter=java

As this client is just looking over all connections every X minutes, I 
think it might be easier if you just use a static data dump. If you know 
who's running this program, would you be able to contact me?
