[iRail] [new API] Long live alpha!

Hi Quentin & list,

I've just enabled the github issues thing. You can report issues there 
from now on :)

https://github.com/iRail/iRail/issues

Please report more than issues. If you have a dataset that we could add 
to our system, ideas for improvement and so on. Think out of the box!
