[iRail] Reminder: meet-up second of February

Dear list,

Don't forget to put the second of February in your agendas! We'll meet
up in Brussels. We however don't have a location yet as we expect more
than 10 people (the Hackerspace gets too small for a good meet-up). Does
anyone have a proposition for a location close to a station that we can
use?

The program of our evening will be announced at the end of February.
