[iRail] Directions now available in the API

Hey list,

there has been a lot of requests for the destination of a train in the
connections API. This has now been resolved (test in dev, soon in
stable).

Test it:

http://dev.api.irail.be/connections/?from=Knokke&to=Aalst &format=json
