[iRail] An end-of-an-awesome-year drink

Just wanted to add that we really need to have a small official meeting
to discuss some things:

  * Cleaning the vzw/asbl: our message should become public transport
only again. BeLaws for instance should become an OKFN Belgium (open
knowledge foundation: check http://wiki.okfn.org/Chapter/Belgium)
project. To give the copyright to the OKFN we need to get the votes of
our official members. It's utterly important that you are coming!

  * Saying "ay" to the financial papers. You will get to see all
expenses and income this year. We need you to say "ay" on this to prove
we made these expenses as an organisation, not as individual board members.

For the rest I think we should meet in Brussels, as it is somewhat in
the middle. I also think iRail should check its finances whether it can
pay for some free drinks ;)

Kind regards,
