[iRail] Recurring problem accessing the API

Hi Yeri, all,

What do you mean by 'when'?
If you're referring to the times and date I'm looking at in the schedule,
I'm varying it and the result is always the same (also if I'm asking for
the first departure).
If you're asking me how long I've been having this problem I'd say that it
was working well early this morning and started bugging at ~10h.

By the way, it appears that the SNCB website is also having issues... I
guess the problem comes from their side.

Thanks for the fast answer! :)
