[iRail] General Meeting!

Hi everyone,

Mark your calendars: *Wednesday the 27th of June* is the next general
assembly. iRail members (see http://hello.iRail.be/members) should be
there to officially say "aye" to some obligatory paperwork (the
financial results of 2011, member list, etc). Non or not-yet members are
welcome as well!

The program will look like this:
18:00: Welcome!
19:00: Presentation of and signing the obligatory paper work (amongst
others, the financial results of 2011)
19:20: The member list: short presentation of the new members and their
role in the organisation.
19:40: After one fantastic year, Christophe Versieux is leaving his
position of treasurer to someone else. Election of the new treasurer,
and new board member :)

20:00: A beer!

20:30: Presentation of iRail Summer of code: students, code of conduct,
projects.
21:00: iRail npo: goals, vision statements and where are we taking iRail
this year

22:00: End;

The Location: FlatTurtle's office, 10th floor of the Access building, to
the left of L'oréal offices in Sint Agatha Berchem / Berchem st. Agathe.
There is a station 50m from our office.
