[iRail] The Open Transport Data manifesto

Hi all,

Michael and Miet have worked together to create an infographic for the
European Commission. The result can be found on the website of the
European Public Sector Information platform: http://epsiplatform.eu.

I would like to congratulate them with their incredibly nice work.

Next steps: we will publish the source files of the infographic on
github next week, including prepared slides you can use to present the
manifest. If you read this mail, your task is to send the manifest to as
much transport people as possible (e.g. your contacts at MIVB/STIB, your
grandfather who owns a taxi-company, and so on).

P.S.: I didn't know about the attribution on the epsiplatform page. I
have asked to correct the fact that it is not "my" team, but "the" iRail
team. The fact that they wrote "his" is probably because I was the main
spokesman between EC and iRail.
