[iRail] October third mini-hack

In the past, 'severe weather conditions' have caused several major
disruptions on the Dutch railway network.

To aid stranded travelers, Femme Taken (the founder of Tweakers.net, a
leading Dutch ICT portal) created a website called LiftDeck. You can see
his work on www.liftdeck.nl.

Perhaps something like LiftDeck could be set up for the October 3rd strike?
