What do you mean by a manual of functionalities? A list of which 
functionalities we will support in the new version? (in that case: not 
to that extent, but I can share some documents on goog drive)

The Open Transport Data manifest is something completely different. It's 
a manifest of why a bunch of stakeholders at a European Commission 
meet-up think open transport data matters. Maybe you should read it once
