[iRail] iRail vzw → Open Knowledge Foudation Belgium vzw

Hi all,

We are going to close down the iRail not for profit organisation's legal 
entity. What does this mean? Nothing in fact, except for 1 bookkeeper's 
invoice that we won't have to pay any longer. All the activities from 
the organisation are now going to be continued with even more enthusiasm 
under the Open Knowledge Foundation Belgium not for profit umbrella. We 
will continue to exist under the same name: iRail.be, hello.irail.be and 
so on.

If any member of the iRail npo would be against this change for any 
reason, you have until the end of April to react :-)

Oh, and btw, did you meet our intern Nico already? He's working full 
time from Ghent until the beginning of June. Then we're planning on 
releasing a new hypermedia API for iRail which works on top of RDF data, 
stores historic data, and so on. Big data in the Cloud! Buzz buzz buzz!
