[iRail] First iRail hack day of 2014

Ok, then the Boerentoren is an option. We have an office there, as far as we can see it’s still available then (but I’ll check to be sure, hope to have confirmation tomorrow). I haven’t been at that office myself, but Tom Claus tells me it should be big enough to contain 20 people. If we need more room I can book meeting rooms (if you can tell me what kind of rooms we need).
