[iRail] Migration of mailing list

Dear all,

Today, we are moving the mailing list to a new server, hosted by OKFN (and we thank them for this). 

This will result in some downtime, time for DNS to update etc. Replies to this mail will probably be lost in the void, so hold your horses and reply tomorrow.

While irail at list.irail.be should keep working, it is adviced to use irail at lists.okfn.org from now on.
