[iRail] Open Transport Hackathon in Namur

Hi all,

As someone correctly noticed: there is a fee of EUR16.65 to enter the 
hackathon to cover food expenses. If you're coming as iRail or as OKFN 
Belgium, OKFN Belgium is going to pay for your fee (and travel expenses 
if you've used public transport).
