[iRail] iRail "fixes"

Hi Christophe,

The Braine-l'-Alleud issue has been fixed. Somehow, the SNCB didn't 
return an apostrophe and we couldn't match the stations.

What your users are concerned: I'm not sure how the loss of 200 users 
can be explained. The drop in users dates back to a time prior to the 
API updates. Do you have received other feedback during that period?
