[iRail] Issue with iRail API

Hello, I am currently using the Android application BeTrains, and I get an error while using the iRail API.

I get this message: 'Could not get data. Please report this problem to iRail at list.iRail.be' while trying to query :
http://api.irail.be/vehicle.php/?id=1779&lang=en&date=021215&time=0913&format=JSON

I hope you can fix that soon.
