[iRail] What is the current status of the TEC api?

Hello guys,

By reading Thomas Hermine post here:
http://blog.nextride.be/openbelgium2015-nmbs-delijn-nextride/ , it looks
like the TEC already have an API as he is not asking for one?

I just wanted to know what are currently the best sources to get TEC data?
What is the status with iRail, OKFN ?
