[iRail] Incorrect MIVB GTFS file

Hi iRail team,

line 190069 in the MIVB GTFS file from this url
http://gtfs.irail.be/mivb/mivb-gtfs.zip seems incorrect.
It's currently

shape_id,shape_pt_lat,shape_pt_lon,shape_pt_sequence
...
084b0090,,,1-2147483648

which is not valid GTFS, as the shape_pt_lat and shape_pt_lon are missing,
and the format of shape_pt_sequence is incorrect.

If this is not intended, it would be great if it could be fixed soon :)
