[iRail] Call for Paper Open Belgium 2016

Hey iRail list,

This year we had an interesting session at the Open Belgium 2015 
conference on open transport. Next year, I'm not going to lead this 
session, as I feel like my own story is getting old and I'm tired of 
hearing myself ;)

Is there someone in the community who would like to lead the open 
transport session? Call for proposals is open:
